"The way we live in our home and the way we market our home to sell -           are two different things"

Staged Long Island | Accredited Home Stager | Sell Your Home | Staged Kitchen

Home Staging is NOT Decorating or Design!

Interior Decorating is Personal and Staging is De-Personalizing your home and preparing it to go on the market for sale. It's not easy for a real estate agent to critique and instruct their potential new clients. Agents often refrain from giving negative feedback and would prefer to understandably maintain a positive comfortable working relationship. That is why it is important to work with an Accredited Home Staging Professional first, even if it is just as a consultant before pricing and listing your home. With my help, we can be perfectly honest about what we need to do to avoid unnecessary price reductions and get the house sold for top dollar in the shortest amount of time possible!

I am cost conscious and a firm believer that you don't need to spend a ton of money to properly prepare your home to sell. As an ASP Stager, I have been trained to customize a home staging plan to suit any budget and time frame. I can prepare an exclusive detailed report for you to execute yourself or you may hire me to do the job from start to finish, what ever you prefer.  What ever suits your needs is what I am here to do. My goal is to make the process of selling your home and moving on to the next stage of your life as pleasurable as possible!

"when you love your work, you will never work a day in your life"

Think of me and home staging as a communication tool.  Communication and Creativity does not need to cost a lot.

The quality of my communication will give you the tools you need to work in harmony with Realtors or potential buyers. Selling your home can be a very stressful time, my objective is to give you the knowledge & resources you need to make the whole experience as simple and pleasurable as possible!
